Moon Sequence Workshop
Discover the calm, graceful poise of the Moon Sequence, a quietly challenging practice. Physically, there is less pressure on the shoulders & upper body as the emphasis shifts to the lower body, opening the hips & creating a stable yet soft abdomen. The focus throughout is to move with steadiness & awareness to create a mindful practice.
Moving breath by breath you will become more aware of the subtle aspects of the mind & body connection. The Moon Sequence will help you to rebalance energetically, psychologically and physically.
30CHF Members – 40CHF Non members
