At an altitude of 3,330 metres, with incredible 360º views, including Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn, this remarkable little eatery’s house speciality is its champagne fondue and Swiss Rock Coffee with apricot brandy, cane sugar, espresso, and whipped cream. In moderation, of course, if you’re planning to ski down the bumps of Mont Fort afterwards.
